Clonlara Equestrian centre is situated in East Clare , 5km from Limerick city and 8km from the marina town of Killaloe. The riding school is situated on 130acres of farmland making it ideal for trekking, lessons cross country and hosting competitions. It host an international size indoor, an outdoor manage and stabling for 65stables, walker, mini cross country, ample parking and lovely scenery

We cater for all levels , whether its a showjumping lesson, a trek in the country a horse to go hunting or to enjoy a weeks pony camp while in ireland we cater for all.   Clonlara is a family run business that prides itself on good facilites a good service and friendly staff.  It has become well know for it musical rides presenting cowboys, santa's, men in tuxedo's and ladies in ballgown all on horseback.

 From Limerick take the R464 to Barrys shop in Ardnacrusha, turn right on to the r463 for killaloe.  A mile and a half down that road on the left is a bright orange house and a sign for us, turn up avenue for riding school.

From Castleconnell direction head towards O' Briensbridge village, go over shannon through village to cross roads take left on to the r463 .  Drive for about 3miles and you will pass turn for clonlara village we are a mile beyond on right hand side.  Bright orange house at the bottom of our avenue.

From Killaloe:  Cross bridge from Ballina side to Killaloe side.  Take left turn at Anchor bar and head out the R463 for about 8km  following the canal bank on your left. Passing through two crossroad first at o' briensbridge and then Clonlara. A mile beyond clonlara cross rd on bad bend were on the right. Bright orange house at the entrance to avenue
